• Each apartment is personally inspected, professionally photographed, and star-classified.
• We handle check-in & check-out, cleaning, as well as janitorial and handyman tasks.
• We take into account your wishes for personal use and the handling of the apartment.
• If desired, we can also market the apartment on other platforms to optimize occupancy.
• We take care of the complete payment management (including deposit) and settle accounts with you monthly.
